LACoMAX Privacy Policy

- LACoMAX collects names, addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers from users of our site in order to provide LACoMAX staff with the ability to contact users by e-mail and in order to verify posting locations.
- User names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses are posted on LACoMAX in connection with materials available or wanted for the purposes of facilitating exchanges with registered users.
- On a quarterly basis, we may exchange postings on our site with the State of California Materials Exchange (CalMAX) as part of our partnership with the State in order to increase the effectiveness of both programs.
- LACoMAX also adheres to the Department of Public Works' Privacy Policy.
