  • County Unincorporated Area Water Wasting Ordinance NEW
    The Board of Supervisors readopted an ordinance prohibiting water wasting in unincorporated areas of the County. Activities such as washing down driveways, parking lots, and sidewalks with a hose, watering between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or overwatering to the extent that water runs off into the streets are prohibited and carry fines of up to $100 per violation.
