Customer Service/Water Service Turnons & Shutoffs

Please call or stop by our office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays and special events. You can apply for service in person, by fax or by mailing the filled out water service application forms, or download, print and complete the forms before you submit them to our office. We need one business day to establish service in your name. Please have the following information handy to give to a customer service representative.

New Homeowners:

Owner name
Service address
Phone number
Date to have water turned on (allow one business day)
Date property purchased
Copy of driver's license or other picture identification with signature
Copy of FINAL closing statement or water letter from your escrow company

New Tenants:

Property owner or property management company signature on the customer order form
Tenant name
Service address
Phone number
Date to have water turned on (allow one business day)
Date of occupied location
Copy of driver's license or other picture identification with signature
Copy of water letter

*To discontinue service, please notify us directly, DO NOT e-mail your request. Turn offs are done Monday through Thursday, except Holidays. Please allow at least 24 hours notice to disconnect the service.
